Currently there is a major extension to units 5/6 being built at Stirling Place, Sutton. 30.000 square feet of warehouse space is being added to the back of the original units on the recently acquired 3 acres of new development land acquired by the company.
The site at Waterbeach is in the planning stages for development in the next 12 months. Land to be developed and existing buildings will be redeveloped and modernised.
The ‘burnt’ barn and yard area at Grange Farm has plenty of potential for regeneration.
